• An applicant who wants to take the regional examination must register with an examination institution after meeting the examination eligibility requirements. 
  • Sustainable Energy trainees or experienced certified professional who want to obtain the regional certificate can select and locate any of the approved examination institutions to register and undertake the regional examination.
  • On the other hand, applicants that need training before undertaking the regional exam can receive training in any training institutions providing training courses covering all points of the JTA and then register with an approved examination institution before the scheduled registration deadline.
  • The candidates that meet the minimum pass mark after undertaking the regional exam shall be awarded the regional certificate.
The process of selecting candidates for examination and training follows the steps shown in the following figure:

Call for application

Publication of the call for applications on the Certification and ECREEE website, and on various platforms at the national level.​

Registration of candidates

Candidates register by filling out a form (Annex 1: REGIONAL CERTIFICATION APPLICATION FORM) and sending the requested documents.

Transmission of candidate pre-selection results

Communication of pre-selection results is done individually and by email.

Final list of applicants

The final list is approved by the tripartite committee after checking all requirements.
